Repairs: Factory-authorized repair is provided for barcode, data capture, POS (point-of-sale), RFID, laser, computer and office equipment. We support a multitude of vendors. Whichever type of repair or service you require, we will accommodate through annual service, time-and-material or flat rate plans.
Annual Service Plans are a convenient once-per-year expenditure for your equipment repairs. Depot level plans are available for barcode, data capture, and POS receipt printers. Onsite repairs are available for barcode & data capture equipment, laser/color printers, desktop PC's, network servers, POS and RFID equipment.
Time-and-Material repairs require the customer to send in damaged equipment for a repair estimate. Customer must approve estimate before repair is completed.
Flat Rate repairs are performed on barcode scanners, POS printers/terminals, main boards and power supplies. Customer will inform us of equipment malfunction and we will provide fixed-rate price based upon possible diagnosis. Upon approval, equipment will be repaired regardless of final diagnosis. Flat rates available for depot level service.
Onsite Service is offered on automatic identification/data capture (AIDC), point-of-sale (POS), RFID, laser and computer equipment. No authorization is required for onsite service plans, call with your service plan number and technicians are dispatched. Onsite service can be obtained through annual service plans in three response levels, 4-hour, 24-hour and 48-hour. Annual Service Plans include all parts (except consumables), travel, labor, and two preventive maintenance checks per year. No zone charges are ever applied.
Depot Service is offered at depot repair centers located throughout the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, enabling us to repair equipment right down to the component level. Convenient return services allow equipment to be repaired and returned within 48 hours. Depot service plans include all parts (except consumables), labor and standard return shipping charges. Depot plans with loaners are also available.
Renewals for your service plans are as easy as 1-2-3. We will remind you in plenty of time when your plan comes up for renewal. A renewal form complete with expiration date, serial number(s), covered options, renewal cost, and any available upgrades is sent 60 days prior to the expiration date. This form gives customers the option of signing, giving a PO number and faxing back. We make every effort to help customers remember to renew their service plans; friendly notifications are sent out at 45, 30 and 15 days prior to expiration date.

Our factory-trained field engineers can educate on-site staff as to the safety and proper operation of newly installed equipment along with any additional product functionality and features required.
There are various training packages available. Should you choose on-site training or online ‘webinar' training, you can be assured that we will thoroughly train your staff in the safe and correct usage of your new equipment.
